"I found the people at Putnam Physical Therapy to not only be knowledgeable, but polite and respectful. The thing that impressed me most was that they asked me what MY goals were right off the bat. Doctors expect certain goals to be reached by patients after knee, hip, or shoulder replacements and they work to help the patients meet those goals, but none of those applied to me and after learning what my goal was, (primarily I suffered from a real lack of balance due to several major back surgeries) they worked out a comprehensive plan to help me with that issue. The staff, one and all work closely with the patients and answer any and all questions in a clear and concise manner. They explained what every single activity they had me doing was aimed toward and what I could expect to gain by doing them. There was no redundancy in their program and by specifically targeting individual underlying parts of my problem, they have been able to help me. They have really worked hard to make their scheduling flexible to meet my needs and that is a blessing in itself. Their facility is clean and very well organized. You are never crowded nor do you feel your conversations with the staff are being listened in on. All the therapists work as a team it seems and the flow of information is very good. Even if you get someone to work with you haven't worked with before, they know about your history and what you have accomplished to date. The change, when it happens, is seamless. Everyone is so very nice and really eager to work with you as an individual. There are no "cookie cutter" solutions here. No two people will necessarily get the same treatment as they recognize that everyone is different. Yep, I give them a 5 star rating and if I could, I would give them 10. They are the epitome of a top notch group of people doing a very difficult job very well."

"I just "graduated" my stint at Putnam Physical Therapy after a six week run for a foot injury. When I came in for my evaluation, I barely had any range of motion. Today, I am able to walk, run, rotate and bear weight as I was before my injury. The entire PPT staff was amazing to work with. Each PT, PTA and PT Tech I worked with was attentive, helpful and direct during my sessions. I hope I don't have to return to physical therapy in the future, but if I do, I will most certainly come back to PPT."

"I came to Putnam Physical Therapy with pain in my shoulder and I just knew I was in line for rotator cuff surgery. Erin, Chelsea and Maddie worked their magic and come to find out, its wasn't my rotator cuff. My range of motion has significantly improved and my pain has significantly decreased after just a few visits. The staff, from Ashley greeting you as you come in the door to the therapy students, know who you are and care who you are. I hope I don't need them again but if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else."
